Matt look Sultry Eye Palette is a great buy for your sparkling, radiant eye makeup. The buttery application and gleaming shades are great for day or night and gorgeous on all skin tones. It has some pretty matte neutrals inside the palette, which are great accompaniments to the shimmer shades, so you get a full assortment of brilliant daytime or dramatic evening eye makeup looks.
1. Prep your eyelids by applying an eyeshadow primer to create a smooth base.
2. Choose the desired shades from the palette based on the look you want to achieve.
3. Apply it to your crease area using a fluffy blending brush to create a smooth transition between colors.
4. Next, apply a deeper matte shade to the outer corner of your eyelid and blend it into the crease.
